The business is led by Joanna Lloyd-Davies. Joanna has enjoyed a broad-ranging and demanding career which includes banking and corporate finance, property, services supporting the built environment, complex capital construction projects (PFI/PPP), specialist executive resourcing and headhunting.

An accomplished, entrepreneurial business developer, enthusiastic leader, motivator and strong team player, she is also an effective communicator and lobbyist, with a comprehensive contact network. Joanna supports development activity with thorough and diplomatic understanding of client need, delivering innovative solutions and commercial viability.

A Fellow of the BIFM, she has passion for optimum delivery through the best people and teams. Joanna is one of the lead judges for the Annual BIFM Excellence Awards and is also involved in the adjudication of other UK industry awards.
